Step 1: Schedule Requests are for members only.

Step 2: Check Calendar for Availability. Please do not make a request for days and times that are unavailable per the Calendar.

Step 3: Submit Online Request At least one week prior to your requested schedule day, on Thursdays and Sundays before 5pm.

Step 4: Participation Form & Waiver, If you have not yet completed a CR Summit Riding Club Membership Form & Waiver, one must be completed prior to submitting a schedule request. Please print, complete & send via facsimile or mail below:
